Alisia Shofner graduated from the University of North Texas at Dallas in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences, concentrating in Human Service Leadership and Management. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lamar University.

Alisia is deeply passionate about helping adults discover their inner strengths and overcome challenges. Her focus is on supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or facing depression. Through a collaborative journey of self-discovery, she empowers individuals to embrace their full potential.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, ensuring that each client’s unique goals and experiences guide the process. She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment to foster growth and healing.
