Dustin Eddy

Master’s Level Intern
Supervised by Whitney Wakeland, PhD, MA, LPC

Dustin Eddy received his B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and is a practicum student at Dallas Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling and Christian Studies. As an integrative therapist with a person-centered approach, he believes in the profound ability of every individual to grow, heal, and find balance in their lives. His practice is rooted in the understanding that each person’s journey is unique, and he tailors his therapeutic methods to meet the specific needs and strengths of those he works with to create a flexible and holistic approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Central to his practice is the belief in the power of the collaborative therapeutic relationship. He strives to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their inner worlds. Whether working through trauma, navigating life transitions, managing stress, or seeking greater self-awareness, his goal is to walk alongside his clients, offering support and guidance as they move toward greater self-acceptance and fulfillment. His commitment is to help each person discover their own path to well-being, drawing on their inherent strengths and potential for change. He finds it both a joy and a privilege to work with people toward the healthiest and best version of who they were made to be.
