Kyra Stepney graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Kyra is a practicum student at Houston Christian University Online, studying to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is passionate about helping teenagers, young adults, and adults of any age, who are in the midst of challenging transitional stages. Kyra also enjoys helping clients struggling with grief and loss. She provides Christian-based counseling when requested by the client. 

Kyra’s approach to therapy is a Person-Centered approach rooted in empathy and tailored to meet each individual’s unique goals. She is dedicated to providing a safe environment where her clients feel comfortable to explore and express themselves. Regardless of what you may be facing, you do not have to face it alone.
