Tricilla Ceballos

Tricilla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of North Texas. She later studied at Dallas Baptist University, where she earned her Master of Art in Professional Counseling. Tricilla focuses on promoting Mental Wellness within the Latino Community. She is culturally sensitive and provides a safe and empathic environment. She understands the struggles of not recognizing the signs and symptoms of mental illness. She provides counseling services in both English and Spanish. She has a passion for helping children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and abuse. She is knowledgeable in adverse childhood experiences and how they affect the mind and body. She has experience working with troubled teens in the juvenile system as well as in the foster care system. She has over 14 years’ experience working with children and their families.
She specializes in trauma informed care. Anxiety, Stress, Coping Skills, Depression, and Anger. Her approach to therapy is unique to each client. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Her philosophy is “This is your world, so let’s help you align your thought patterns with your values and life goals.”
